Celine Chen, 16, is a pupil of Nobuyo Nishizaka. She has won numerous accolades, including the Los Angeles Young Pianist Competition, and notably the International Music Talent Protégé Competition, which allowed her to perform at Carnegie Hall in the winter of 2017. She was also a Gold Medalist of the Complete Works Bach Festival and a first-place winner of the Paris Grand Prize Virtuoso Competition, the Finland International Music Competition, and the Gail Newby Concerto Competition. Recently, she received top prizes from the Enkor International Music Competition, the International Grande Music Competition, the Paris Grand Prize Virtuoso Competition, and the Finland International Music Competition, which invited her to an intensive piano lesson with Steinway Artist Elena Nesterenko. She has been able to work with various artists, including Petr Jiříkovský and Avedis Kouyoumdjian on her honor tour, as a debut artist of Junior Chamber Music, to various cities in Europe.
