
Isabella Cao showed her enthusiasm for piano at age 6. Studying under Agatha Hou, she won numerous competitions and festivals, including the LA International Liszt Competition, LA Young Musicians International Competition, Southern California Junior Bach Festival, Steinway Society Riverside Competition, and Lansum International Music Festival. She received several awards from MTAC Pomona Valley Branch Festivals and SYMF, and also received 2020 Panel Honors. In 2017, Isabella made her concerto debut at 13 years old with the Coachella Valley Symphony.
In addition to her music dream, Isabella likes reading, swimming, and running. She is also an active member of the Classics Alive Ambassador Program, which showcases young musicians in concerts for senior living centers, hospitals, and libraries in their local communities.
At the age of 8, Isabella composed her first piece, "A Beautiful Morning", which told a story about a little bird, starting her first flight in a light rain. Now 16 years old, Isabella is dreaming of a beautiful future in music.
